Yep I hear ya. Only thing that I can do to get myself up to do anything is just keep thinking about how I never regret working out while I am or afterwards. It's just a matter of getting up and doing something active. Also I found that if I tell my DH that i'm going to start doing something then I feel obligated. LOL

I plan on working out as well as dieting. I want to start with 3 days a week. Every Tues & Thurs at the gym since youngest is in daycare on those days and one weekend day doing something outdoors. Of course the weather here sucks so that'll depend on weather but I have like the 30DS and P90 here that I can do if it's raining out. What about you?

Lol exactly, it's getting up and actually doing it. I feel awesome after a workout, but dammit I just can't get my ass off this chair haha. I tell my SO all the time I want to start working out, but I never do. I used to go to the gym every night, but then I had a baby and that kind of threw a monkey wrench in that plan haha.

I just signed back up with 24 hr fitness and I hope that the money spent will be motivation for me. Haha How lame that I have to like trick myself into working out.. Oh well.. Maybe seeing the progress of the ladies in here will kick our asses in gear lol

I miss being able to go to the gym. We don't have a 24 hour one around here, and we already pay for SO to go to the gym, so I just try to do workout dvds, or run, or use our excise bike but LO likes to be by my side 24/7 so when I do attempt to workout she's right there, usually getting in the way or crying at me to pick her up so I give up. I guess I could do it while she sleeps lol.

Agh I feel your pain. Mine is 3 1/2 and 35lbs and he lays on me when i'm attempting to push ups or sit ups. I'm like look kid I can barely do them to begin with and your not helping! :x

I am cutting out extra sugars & fats & strictly drinking water. I do cardio every other day (do up to a mile on the elliptical & 15-20 mins on the exercise bike) & then the days I don't do that I do strength training. 5 reps of 5 of the following on ma ll in one in home gym:



-Leg ups (the one where you use you upper body strength & let your legs hang & then you lift them to a 90 degree angle & drop them down.
-Bench press (30 lbs)
-Flys (10-20 lbs)
-Squats (while lifting 20 lbs)
-Pull Bar (40 lbs)
-Leg curls (40 lbs)
-Bicep curls (20 lbs)

LOL I was actually doing sit ups the other day, or well trying I should say, and of course I'm so out of shape after just a few I got tired, so I was laying there looking up at the ceiling taking a break lmao and she jumped on my stomach, and then her foot slammed into my throat... I was like holy hell kid, can't you see I'm trying to get rid of this jiggly fat you left on me! lol

It's a fucking ass kicker. I am sweating & sore by the end of it & don't even want to do my stretches. I have my hubby working out with me though & he's my own personal trainer so I don't wanna seem weak & quit. Plus I wanna be toned & sexy again for him.:wink:

I hear you there. I get a lot of motivation when my husband goes to the gym with me. I tried to talk him into signing back up with me and he wouldn't. I do want to look good for him again. We've been together a long time and I think that's like a gift or something that I can give. Idk sounds weird when I type it out but I just don't want him to feel like i'm just gonna let myself go. Even though I have now for a few years. It ends Monday!!

That's how I feel. I know my husband still thinks I'm the sexiest,most gorgeous woman alive but I don't feel that way. I want to look in the mirror & see the woman he sees.
