10lb gain is awesome! Not that much at all! But I'm sure you will lose some weight with the GD diet too. lol.



As of this morning I was 178, which I'm on my period, so knowing I gain about 5-7lb EVERY time, I'm hoping/assuming, I'm really around 173lb.. which would be AWESOME!

I'm not following it like you're supposed to, but I do a shake every morning with my iced coffee and it literally keeps me full until dinner, I have to force myself to eat lunch. :lol:



I've been eating really good though and keeping my water intake up, so I know that has helped a lot! I've also been playing softball for at least an hour almost every day for the past couple weeks. We have our huge 48 hour tournament starting on Friday, we play FOUR games on Saturday, so I can only imagine how much I'll be burning then... but unfortunately, I'll probably be evening myself out with alcohol. :lol:



I'm hoping you'll hold out until at least 37 weeks. :) But yeah, I'm sure if she was really going to make an early appearance, you'd know! She's probably just wanting to confuse you and make ya worry a bit, since you know, that's how most girls are. :lol:

So i started running again. On sunday i ran a mile, walked a mile. Then monday i walked 4.7 miles. I havent walked/ran in two days because my legs are so sore. But tomorrow I am going to run.



I signed up for a 5k in November and then Another one in February. Im hoping this is enough motivation for me to get in shape.

Wow you are making great progress! There is no way I could walk that far even pregnant!!

I was really proud of myself. Especially since i havent run in months. I pushed my daughter and held the dogs leash. It took me about 1:45 hrs. Tonight I am going to do my crunches and things. Then tomorrow before I run i will do my crunches and things also.



Im really hoping to just be in better shape. If i lose weight great, if i just get toned great. But i have a feeling I will lose weight.

Yeah there is a great feeling when you are healthy. Not like just a certain weight but actually fit and able to do physical things easier than before. Good for you!!

Guys I need help :( I have lost all motivation and am back up to 221 (4lb gain) Its so frustrating and I feel like its because of a shitty cycle. Im tired bc Im overweight (I have so much more energy when Im not) so when I get home from work (usually 7pm) I dont want to work out bc Im so tired I want to sleep, so I eat to try to make it through the day and Im always so tired :( What do you do to motivate yourself when you hit a major snag like this?

Have you tried the 30 Day Shred? It is only 20 minutes every day. So if you can just get yourself to start it then you will be able to finish. Start there and see if that gives you more motivation! Good to have you back Love! How's the job and house?

Thank for the encouragement :D I REALLY appreciate that yall believe in me that I can do this. I have been doing better these past few days. I have found that if I just bring fewer snacks to work that I literally cant over eat because the foods not there so thats been helping to just suck it up and bring less food with me. Ive also been trying to eat foods that will give me more energy and keep me full longer like peanut butter and low fat cheese sticks. Does anyone have any other snack ideas that will be really filling? I wish I could chew gum but I feel like it would be unprofessional.



The house is great, the job is okay there is one young girl there who really dislikes me because she thinks I am like coming in on her territory and am going to get promoted ahead of her (because I have more experience and have a college degree.) A coworker told me she said that too her and I think it is true but Ive only tried to get along with her and be friendly but its been hard when she has been hostile from the start.
