I was a little off track yesterday, spent the day and most of the night at the ER with my DD. I'm going to take it easy on the dieting for today and Christmas, I'll be going to my Mom's today, and to my Dad's tomorrow. I'm going to try and fit in a workout at least though.

I'm up a pound, 256. I think it's mostly water weight because it is going from 255 to 266. I have been eating terrible though this week. I'm doing better now though, my hubby got me 30DS and a beginers Yoga DVD that I wanted so I am really excited to work out!

I got a Juicer for xmas and really am lost how to use it. I have known several people who have lots a lot of weight and were using a juicer. I guess I better do some research.

My brother did juicing for 2 months and lost over 50lb. :shock: He did it for religion reasons and of course gained it all back after, but I was amazed. I just can't do it though. :( The closest I get are my smoothies, they're thicker so I can actually make myself believe it's a meal. :lol:

Yeah, he gained it back plus some. I have no idea how his eating habits were though, I mean I know they weren't the best.. but it's not like he went to eating out three days a week, I'd imagine it was a sensible breakfast/lunch and then eating out for dinner a couple nights a week.

And yeah, I figured there's probably a way you're supposed to do it if you're doing it for weightloss, but his wasn't for weightloss and all, but for religious reasons!
I was 219.5 today down from 222 at my most recent weigh in but all week Ive been going between 220 and 219.5 so idk which one to use. When you hit a new weight (even if its only a half pound) how much time does it take before the weight :"sticks" KWIM? For example, if I got on the scale tomorrow and it said 217 Id think it was due to less water weight, not having much in my stomach etc.. and not my "true" weight. But if it read 217 for like 3 days then Id believe it. Does anyone else feel this way?

I seriously wish I could get out of this plateau. I'm at 179lb right now. But I can't seem to go lower than 177, it's driving me up the wall!
