Quoting ♥Love♥:" YAY!!! I am so happy for you! All that hard work is paying off!! YAY!! "
Thank you! :D
I was starting to stress, because I really wanted to be under 160 when Seth gets home. But I've only got 15 more pounds to go and I think if I keep working my butt off, it'll definitely be attainable. :)
Do you all think working out with weights at this point is helpful? Or do I really need to just focus on cardio for weight loss then do weights later to tone? I ask because I HATE cardio with a passion and working with weights doesnt bother me that much so I am much more likely to stick with it. I know I should do both and Im just being lazy but are weights helpful to me now? My wedding is 5.5 months away so I need to get on this!
Tomorrow is one week that I have started counting calories and cutting out all soda and stuff except water! Going to weigh myself and see if there is any difference!
I haven't worked out since Monday. I came down with a terrible cold on Tuesday and it's finally going away.
I work until 8pm tonight and I"m definitely going to make sure I get a good work out in! I would be ecstatic to see a number lower than 174 on Saturday.
I think I am going to give Sensa a try. We decided to hold off on ttc until after the wedding so this would be a good time to do it. Has anyone tried it or known people who have?
Well I think it might be safe to say, I did go up 2 pounds. I have weighed everyday and it hasn't changes. I have had a lot of cheat days though, I think I have averaged about 4 days restricting and then overeating and starting over. The good news is that I took m measurements and I have lost 2 inches in my waist! Well I wasn't being as serious about my sodium intake but it looks like after more than a week of not monitoring it, the scale nor the blood pressure monitor is my friend :/ So I have to cut back a little on some things. I think for my taste I would rather have one "cheat" sodium day then an overeating day. I am going to bust my ass this week though, I want to see 250!
Quoting ♥Love♥:" Im glad you feel better! I got sick during our trip (around December 17th started having symptoms) and ... [snip!] ... day without them!! Good luck on Saturday, ill think you will continue to see results now that you are out of your plateau!"
I really, really hope so. :D

I want to say Seth did Sensa before he joined the Army, along with this other weighloss drink that he had to drink every night. I can't remember how he liked it though.
You'll have to let us know if it works!

Try to weigh yourself once/twice a week! That has helped my tremendously, especially because you fluctuate so much.. it's harder to tell when you're really losing or if it's just fluctuating when you're weighing yourself every day!
Awesome on the two inches though!
Quoting ♥Love♥:" Ill keep yall updated! Im going to give it a try but idk if Ill do it long term because it is expensive! ... [snip!] ... so we each only have 2 weeks worth to start with. Do you think that will give me enough time to tell if its working/I like it?"
I think 2 weeks is a good amount of time! Then if it works, order some. Is it a 30 day supply? If so, then I'd definitely wait until you almost finish the 30 days (like 25 days in) to order more. Because it seems like they work for a while, like 6 weeks, then your body gets used to it, if that makes sense?
