Did you know doing this in early pregnancy can cause a miscarriage? Wow. When I was 8 weeks pregnant, I was at my b/f's Aunties house, and I was jumping on the trampoline ALL weekend. Then on MOnday morning I woke up and my stomache hurt SO bad and I spotted very breifly. I called my doc and went to see him and he sent me for an U/S right away and they said the baby was ok, but I had a histroy of MC's and I was so scasred. I just found out like 3 minutes ago jumping on a tramp can cause that. OMG i almost cried...i could have lost her...im so lucky

not to be rude, but thats one of those things that your commone sense should tell you NOT to do. glad everything turned out ok though.

Glad nothing bad happened. I haven't jumped on a trampoline in years! I now want to do it after I give birth. I can see that "Honey? Can we go out and buy a trampoline?" He'd be like "The baby isn't even old enough to even walk." LOL

Sort of random but everyone says bumpy roads and what not can start labor or whatever. I wonder what a couple little jumps on a trampoline could do for me right now!!! Knowing my luck I'd just pull a muscle....

And I don't think you're dumb, I would've never thought that that would higher your chance of a miscarriage.

i had never thought of that- but i guess it makes sense. if we can't ride on roller coasters then i guess that would be along the same lines. i'm SO glad your baby is ok!

speaking of roller coasters, we'd been planning a trip to disneyland this summer and had to postpone it because of our little one! not that i'm complaining. guess the next time we go we'll be bringing baby! wow, i never dreamed that day would come. i'm so excited!
