Bum rash- on an ADULT. MunchkinWrangler 4 kids; Rīga, Latvia 46816 posts

This is seriously getting annoying.
I have a rash on my bum cheeks.
It's been there for a longggg time now. It's not acne, it's a rash.
Just like, red dots- that aren't raised or anything. It just looks terrible.

I know I shouldn't care, but I honestly don't want to be spread-eagle giving birth to this kid and having all these nurses check my bleeding when my bum has this terrible rash.

I have tried my kids' rash creams (lol) no dice. I thought maybe my cheeks were just dry? So I tried sensitive skin lotion. Not working...

Anyone had this problem and found a solution?

Have you tried a diaper rash cream like Boudreaux's Butt Paste

You could try lanolin. It helped me. I can't wear pads because they give me a rash :(

No I haven't. Where would I find that? I don't even know what it is...

You can get Lanolin creams from any drugstore, and probably Walmart and Target.

Its used a lot for breastfeeding. It helps with cracked/sore nipples. As a last resort you could always order from amazon. Just search for lanolin cream.
