Is there anything that will take nail polish off of the wall, dresser, and door? My 3 year old got a bottle and painted her room with it when she was supposed to be napping :/

Don't use nail Polish remover on wood, or anything with polish or paint.

I'm helpless, just nail polish will remove more then just nail polish

Won't it ruin the wood on the dresser and door, and take the actual paint off the wall?

That's what I was thinking...I don't want to make it look worse than it does now lol

Oh my, haha. I suppose it will. I've used it before on a dresser to get nail polish off & a counter top. Not a wall, though. My oops!

haha, well..really, theres nothing I could think of. If it was bad enough...You could just get a sample paint can from Lowes (they're like $3.00) and do some touchups on the wall & door.

I don't know about the dresser. Maybe you could sand it down and re polish it?

YES!!!!!

Call your local furniture store and see if you can get some matching stain for the dresser. As for the paint, hopefully you have some matching paing left.

Good luck!

Was the dresser real wood or laminate?

It's actually 2 dressers, one was my husband's when he was a baby- and it's real wood but painted blue (by my MIL when she was pregnant) and the other one is laminate I think.

oh no! My little sister did that once too- my mom ended up tearing up that carpet and putting tile down. I kind of wish my LO would have done the carpet, I've been wanting to replace the carpet in her room forever but DH wants to wait- that would have been a good excuse!
