Lol, i dont believe that for a second, if you look on my other posts they are like this, i do a shorter hand version because i can and want to... That doesnt make me a bad person, its peoples preferences and choices just like its your choice to continue to belittle a woman who came looking for a simple answer to a question... Im not sure why you felt the need to even bother replying when someone else had replied and then accuse me of wanting drama!!!

Maybe youve just had a bad day and wanted to take it out on someone, now that you have i hope you feel better...

Is that better for your majesty??? OR wuld you prefer for me to use punctuation marks aswell...

Its the internet get over yourself as to be honest i dont give a damn what you or anyone else think of me... There no need to continue this as my question has been answered so goodbye and if you feel the need to continue it just shows how much more grown up i am then you :)

No, I am having a great day, but thanks for asking. I am the one who types like a mature adult. Why don't you try typing like that in your real life, or in an email to a boss and see how seriously you are taken, and you are the one who keeps continuing this. I am just killing some time while my daughter naps.

by the way she types, I would say 13, but by her profile, she is 27, which scares me for the future of her children's education

There's no way she's 27 years old and if she is...uhm, wow.

I can't speak for everyone, but on my own behalf--- and not because I wish you to change, but because I just want to put a point of view out there--- the short hand text speak is difficult for me, personally. Most people don't really read whole words. They register the first letter and the last letter and only vaguely view the remainder of letters, especially if they're speed reading, as one does in a rapidly moving live forum.

It becomes confusing when I scan a post and it's a jumble of numbers and alternate, phonetic spellings. I have to go back, slow down, and read it, almost out loud to "hear" what exactly has been said.

That may just be me, though. I'm out of date with the text-speak.

Should read her profile now, she can type that out like a normal person but can't type like one.

Not just you.

People get less response overall (and certainly less positive response) when they type like that, for that reason.

Meh, to each her own. I don't care for the text speak and automatically assume the person is in her/his teens or poorly educated, but I'm trying to break myself of assumptions. Unfortunately, the rest of society will continue to assume and people who get into the habit of writing that way do themselves a tremendous disservice.

I do frequently just skip over text-speak posts.
