I was leaking colostrum at about 20 weeks and on with my first. With this baby, I'm 31 weeks and haven't leaked at all yet. Don't know why-hope it's normal, but I'm assuming it is.

With my son I never did. He was my first. My milk NEVER came in. With my daughter I started lactating around 26 weeks. I had tons of milk with her, but it still was too watery to feed her. I wouldn't worry about it. Every person and every pregnancy is different. but I WOULD stock up on fenugreek and a lactation blend that you can start taking once the baby is born. Most importantly, nurse nurse nurse!!!

Some women never produce anything until the baby is born. It is totallly normal and doesnt mean you wont be able to breastfeed :)

Personally, i started leaking at 16wks, by around 25wks i was soaking through a pad a day per b**b and 1 at night per b**b, by 35wks it was 2 per b**b at night

It's different with every woman and every pregnancy. Don't worry if you don't, alot of women don't until after having the baby and their milk comes in. My mom didn't and was able to successfully BF me until I was almost a year, and then others, myself included have had colostrum really early in pregnancy. My first I was 12 weeks, which is how I found out I was prego, my second was 16 weeks, and this one hardly at almost 18 weeks. Less stress the easier BF will be if that is your choice.

Some women leak others don't ... I would rather not if I had the choice lol , it's like my body just enjoys it for some reason .
