Planning on a luau/cookout for LO's bday. Looking for some make-ahead side dishes that are easy to double recipes for larger crowds. So, what are your favorites? :)

The last thing sounds amazing. Is it a dip or salad type dish?

I was thinking potato salad, baked beans (make ahead and pop ion the oven before party), macaroni salad, fruit kabobs, and the rest is still open. I'm not sure how much I should make? I guess I would need one type of veggie also.

I wonder about making individual salads like in a cup or something? I saw that done somewhere and it was a big hit.

Cold Salad I just cut up the tomatos in chunks the olives whole (pitted olives), the green peppers in small pieces and add the Italian dressing then crumble up some feta on top and mix it in lightly.
you can also put cucmbers in it ... I do that if sometimes insted of olives If I know some people dont like them
so yummie

But then again the salad seems like a lot of work haha.
