You do each level for 10 days. So, days 1-10 you do level 1, days 11-20 you do level 2, and days 21-30 you do level 3.

Good luck :)

Waiting for my 6 week pp appt to start working out (Aug 23)--planning on starting the 30DS on Sept 1st.
I have a 15.5 month old & a one month old (both boys!); was 125 pre-pregnancy with my first son. When I got pregnant with my second I was 136. I'm 1 month pp & stuck at 143lbs. I know I need to workout to get rid of the rest of the weight ; cause it loves to stick to me!

Did anyone find it to be too intense if they had a csection? Any issues?

^^^ It's way too intense to do after a c-section atleast if you are almost 6w pp. I was 12w pp when I last attempted the 30DS a few months ago and I ended up opening part of the incision and it got infected. When I was doing jumping jacks when it happened but I pressed through the workout (in pain). I got the OK from the OB at my 6w to do light walking, no ab stuff or high intensity and we thought everything is fine. Goes to show you they say to wait for a reason.. hard lesson learned

ANYWAY Everything is OK now so if you meant months and months after pp, I haven't had any issues. Good luck to you! :)

I did day 17 today.
I had my daughter in July, and I'm down 10 pounds from my pre-pregnancy weight. :)

Agh!! That's scary! I don't know if I'll get the ok at 6w because I had a full uterine rupture as well :(

I started this way back in April and this thread was such a huge support. Unfortunately I had to have surgery on my wrist and had to stop.

But I'm healed and ready to go again. Just finished day four and I feel so great! I'm sore, but it's a nice sore!

I didn't take pictures... You think I should?

I hear ya, I hate the pooch and sagging skin. 30 Day Shred will help with that, just make sure you're OK first :-).

It sounds silly but I wore girdles while I couldn't do this DVD and it helps.. ultimately exercise will improve things the most.

I posted a photo tracking from Day 1 to Day 7 and its so worth it. I can now look at this and other photos I take throughout the 30 days for motivation
