Ok so i am 10 weeks and i'm curious about whether your aloud to sleep on your stomach or not i've had people tell me i can till it gets uncomfortable and i've had people tell me not to at all but i don't know because when i can't get comfortable on side i sleep on my stomach so i need some more opinions?

my midwives told me to sleep however I was comfortable. 20 wks and still sleeping on my belly :) well, sorta.... more like a side/belly situation.

Sleep on it until you feel uncomfortable...baby is well cushioned in there!

I believe it's ok for now. When you get so big that you shouldn't be doing it anymore, then you're body will tell you; it'll hurt. I'm 29 weeks and I still wake up in the middle of the night laying half on my stomach.

Lol my mom slept on her belly till her belly would make her roll on her side.
Every now and then thats the only way I can sleep.

First off pregnant and allowed sorry it bothered me lol



And ya as long as ur comfy ur fine they say not on your back because it decreases blood flow

Lol ok i was just wondering cause my friend made my boyfriend flip out because she said it will hurt my baby so he was scared lol
