i would every 5 hrs. I use the childrens one because the baby one the dispenser is so darn stupid and doesnt fill to the line. my ped said its okay to give childrens..but every 5 instead of every 3-4 .is that what you're using?

Tylenol isn't even on the market right now. What is the brand?

I give my LO infant Tylenol when he was that age. On the bottle it stated that it's every 4 hours and don't exceed over 5 doses a day.

I'm almost positive that they give regular tylenol to babies, but absolutely not the cold medicine kind. Unless they changed it in the last few years (my son is almost six) but I was always told no cold/cough meds of any kind under two.

Right on the back of the box it came it it says giving it to him was okay because of his weight.
And I saw a chart online.
