Does shaving a baby girls head actually make their hair come in thicker? I didn't let my husband do it to our first daughter so now that we're having a second huge says he's shaving her and don't care what i say. I personally think it sounds like a retarded idea but i want other options.

That's the stupidest f**king thing I've ever heard. Let your kids keep their soft baby hair for as long as they can. Your husband sounds like a dumbass.

The only reason that hair even looks thicker after you shave it is because instead of coming into a pointed tip (idk how else to describe it) the hair has a blunt end, making it look thicker.

No it doesn't make her hair thicker. Trimming her hair does help with growth though. It'll grow evenly and have the appearance of thicker looking hair.

And I'm saying trim the hair with scissors not buzz trim lol that's just dumb.
