If I have a girl, I have 2 names picked out, one of which is unique...
Menola Sioux (Minnie Sioux for short) after my grandmother who raised me.
I have never heard of or met another Menola. :)

My oldest actually helped me pick my lo name. She liked skyler but I know a lot of people named skyler & my lo grandmothers middle name is lee. Sky-lee. Ive never heard of it before. I didnt realize there was "sky"trend going on otherwise I wouldnt have picked that. Please Enlighten Me? Id hate to pick a name that everyone is going to have something similar to.

i love unique names, i have 2 little girls and their names are Aeries (air-eez) and Isys (eye-sis). but i also like Artemys, Juno, also if you look up greek and egyptian mythology you find lots of really pretty names. (thats where i found mine) javascript:insertEmoticon(':lol:');

It's just a trend now to add Sky in names. I've seen at least 6 babies in the last month named Skye/Skylin/Skylar etc.. people like putting "skye" in the middle name spot too.
Plus, the "lee" on the end is pretty trendy lately too.
Brylee/Kylee/Braylee/Kenlee and tons more.
