Amelia- Did you have any cramping soon after the embryo transfer? Last night & this morning I've been having mild AF like cramps. Beta isn't until the 11th. Praying it's just a S/E of all the hormones. I swear these are going to be the longest 10 days of my life :(

I can't answer for a transfer, but I know lots of women have cramping early in their pregnancies. Good luck sweetie!!!

I had a regular conception for my first pregnancy and I had really bad cramping. I did not even think I was pregnant because my cramps were so bad. I was certain my period would start any hour. My cramping lasted about two weeks. I even took Advil for it. Turns out it was all ok..

Hey ladies. I went to the doctor yesterday and after being told I have PCOS they're setting me up to see their infertility specialist. I really don't know what to expect. I know they do different things for us depending on our situation. I have PCOS but I do have a cycle every month and for the most part I ovulate on my own except sometimes I don't. I've gone 4 cycles ovulating and this cycle nothing I think. I think my LH levels are still kinda high because I keep getting darker than usual opks but they're not positive ones. Does any of you ladies have PCOS and can you tell me how long it took to get pregnant with it and what you had to do to get preggo? I have two children already and one angel we lost in 2011. It took us only 2 months to get pregnant with our angel. Now it's been a year and nothing. I am the same weight I was when I got pregnant last time so I don't think my weight has been a factor. I think my miscarriage brought out my PCOS more.

Your first visit will be to discuss and schedule lots of tests. Once those are complete you will meet with your RE to discuss the results and make a plan. So glad you are finally able to see a specialist!

They'll likely give you metformin (maybe femara) and monitor you to make sure you ovulate. I have PCOS and am in the middle of a femara based IUI cycle right now. I'm 3 dpiui. I did IUI with injections to get pregnant with my son.
