Oh ya I it tired if people telling me well maybe your supposed to adopt. Which I did but that doesn't mean I don't still want to have a baby. And people would always say well maybe you'll never have any kids or God doesn't want you to.

Just got back from the doc's office. Had my progesterone draw, and developed our "game plan" for next cycle, just in case. I will be starting metformin 500 mg today. Next cycle will be a combination cycle with femara and Follistim 75 iu injections, IUI, and I will also have a HSG. I was given a $300 off coupon for the Follistim! Woohoo!!! They also gave me the number for 2 different "fertility drug" pharmacies to do test claims on so I can see where I can get meds cheapest. All in all, a good visit. :)

Seriously I hate this... People suggest this to me all the time. The kicker was when my RE suggested it, too. I've yet to have someone tell me God doesn't want me to have more children. I think you were the one who said why would God put this desire in your heart and then not fulfill it.

Just rebuilt my profile while I was on hold scheduling my U/S lol. 21 minutes on hold to get an appointment tomorrow at 10am. I think if I had any retained tissue, I passed it yesterday at work. I had a few "gushing" moments

We saved about $2,000 on meds by getting them from overseas (ivfmeds.com). Certainly something to consider, although with a $300 off coupon it might be better to go with the US and generally the more you need to get, the more you will save by ordering overseas. The Follistim in Europe goes by Puregon. It's the same manufacturer and everything, just a different name so perhaps the coupon would work over there. Also, be sure to get the smallest cartridges to best take advantage of the overfill. :)

I got my gonal f from freedom fertility pharmacy. I have Medco prescription coverage and I think I just had a $50 copay.

Ya I did say that. There are a lot of people that don't want kids. My aunt didn't get married til she was 40 and she never had any kids. And she said and I was just fine. But I would never be fine with not ever having any kids.
