Oh, ok. Maybe that's why it wasn't given to me last time...

Deep throb is a good way to describe it. Birth control periods are harder on me than normal ones. I can't wait to start my Meds, I hope my thyroid is "normal" soon!

Had my CD 12 bloodwork and ultrasound today. Tech said I have a 16.5 on my left and a 10 on my right. So my question is, does only the bigger one release and the other dissolve, could both release? Last iui cycle I only had one good size follicle.

It will depend on their individual growth rate and when you ovulate. With one being that much larger, I would say you're more likely to only release the one, but I guess it's possible for double O. My trigger day I had a 19.6 and a 12. NP seemed confident I would only release the 1.

That smaller one won't real was unless it gets bigger than like 15 probably. So does anyone know how long are you supposed to ovulate after getting a positive opk. I'm in cd11 and haven't had one yet but DH comes home today

US today, no cysts, YAY! NP was happy, she said this had been cyst week. :? I was showing 20+ follicles per ovary. I start Femara tomorrow, CD3-7 and then Follistim CD7-9 (hopefully that will be enough, if not will have to do CD10). HSG is scheduled for next Tuesday, 3/19. She said this cycle I will start with the 200 mg progesterone after O, and at my 7dpo draw I may have to go up to 2 capsules if my numbers aren't ideal. Fingers crossed for an easy cycle with a BFP in about 3 1/2 weeks!!! :D

Oh it's fine, just stuff like that because who it affects the pituitary gland can super affect women with pcos.

Your 35 day cycles are unmedicated, right? I bet you O earlier on the femara. Yay for a cycle buddy! :D
