Did you ask the RE if you should cancel? I probably wouldn't unless they said you should. When you see your GI, you could always tell them you may be pregnant and so anything that would affect baby would need to wait til after your beta.

I'm definitely going to leave a message with my nurses and see what they say.

@ other nurses in here, I REALLY want to go out with my Husband for dinner to a mexican place and have a margarita, I know it says I shouldnt drink on the Glumetza but I kinda could use one with these cramps lol.

1 decently size margarita isnt going to make me double over ,as long as I eat something with it right?

Could I move the time I took it to earlier in the day and drink that night without issues?

I drank a glass of wine with the metformin with no issues. I felt mildly more dehydrated, but that's it. In my personal (not professional) opinion, as long as you aren't drinking excessively, you'll be fine. Most of the time the warnings are placed bc if they didn't they would always have someone take it to extremes and cause a problem (I.e. they're covering their butts). I will likely have a margarita this weekend myself since it will be the last "safe" weekend this month.

I texted my sis-in-law (a pharmacist) for you, she said A margarita probably wouldn't cause you any issues. She said it may give you some mild diarrhea, depending on how sensitive your stomach is. So, I guess at this point you have all the info, it's pros vs. cons. Personally, I'd go for it, but I'm ca-razy like that. ;) lol

I had elevated liver enzymes once, while taking it after having a few drinks over a month, that might of been too much, but I rather make sure it makes logical sense to another person, lol. Plus previous to that, I have a pretty bad chest infection and was on alot of meds for it, I am sure it didnt help.

I am not upset, well I dont know what I am.

I started full CD 1 today, mild cramps etc, and I had a huge white clot. I wasnt too great with remember to take the pill this last month, we are using condoms, but didnt valentines day. I dont want to run out for a pregnancy test, but I will grab one tomorrow, this is starting to resemble my chemical.

I am scared it is another one or something else, I dont even know. With all the medical training in the world, you would think I could have a rational thought about this, and I cant even begin to wrap my head around it. I think it is more of the similarity of seeing that type of tissue again and if it is nothing, then it is nothing. I might take something and go to bed, but if the test is positive my only resort is the ER since I dont have a OB/GYN right now, and I dont trust them to do anything. I could go to my family doctor in the AM, they deliver babies, but I never looked into the side of his practice to know enough about it, except there always are alot of pregnant women in his waiting room.

I could be around 6 weeks, would this be viable with me taking the pill in the last month?

Sorry if this was ranty or crazy, this is pulling at me hard.

Sounds great! When do you think you will have the IUI?

Less than two weeks til my old lady cataract surgery. I'm so ready to be able to see clearly again but I'm all kinds of worried about the changes to my vision with a prosthetic lens.

It's just a simple cataract surgery and is quick and requires only a local anesthetic. I'd rather just be put under though, LOL.

Oh, yay! IUI should be soon. :) Then the TWW. :( I'm good, started femara last night and got my injections in the mail yesterday. After my coupon, they were only $6 (praying I only need the one vial), so with the ovidrel and progesterone added on it was only $114 with shipping. I was super happy!
