Yeah. I still feel like a baby (inexperienced) nurse. I've only been working in med/surg for 9 months.

So I just got a call back from my financial advisor and she said the iui treatment is going to be $1600 including sonograms and such (minus the medication). I'm pretty happy!

Its a lot better than we were expecting, if we lived just one state over we could have infertility medical coverage.

Happy Friday ladies! I'm happy to say that I'm feeling a lot better since our negative beta on Monday. Feel free to think I'm nutty, but I made an appt for infertility counseling. I also joined a gym in attempt to get the 10+ pounds I gained from the IVF drugs off.
I'm still struggling with what to do about my tubes. I'm heartbroken at the thought of having them out, but I want to go into future cycles with a clean slate and no chance that the tubes are hurting our chance of success. DH thinks it's a no brainer since they are useless to me as they are... but easy for him to say.
Enjoy your weekend ladies!

No judgement at all about your infertility counseling. I've thought about doing the same. I'm glad you're feeling better. Good luck with the poundage loss goals! Go you!
I think making the decision to take your tubes out is HUGE! I couldn't image making the decision to remove them. It is very easy for your hubs to say it's a no brainer... it's no his body, it's not his fertility. Good luck and hugs!

So glad you're feeling better. I understand the reluctance to get the tubes out, after all it's a part of how babies are supposed to be made! But maybe that's just what you need to do. Are there no tests to find out for sure?

Happy Monday ladies!!!
I hope all of your weekends were good! Our thread was totally dead over the weekend.
I'm officially down to 2 caffeinated beverages/day :) And we've got about 3 weeks to go until IUI (hopefully) yay!!! And 6 years ago today I found out I was pregnant with Jace. Happy POAS and it was positive day to me.

Yay for your IUI countdown!!!! Good job on cutting down on caffeine. That's never an easy thing to do!
