Sounds like a good plan! If all is well, I'd ask for a progesterone in oil shot to get the ball rolling. Our bodies just like to f with us when TTC! This with you, Lindsey not O'ing...ugh.

OMG This is gonna be the longest 2ww ever. I feel like you Lindsey when you said you were a symptom checker. My IUI was only yesterday and I was thinking I need to take my bra off, my b**bs hurt! Lol I think it's a little early for that!

AF decided to come about 6 hours after I had my ultrasound and bloodwork. What a stinker! Have to go in for the HSG early next week so we'll see!

Where is everyone today? So I switched to prometrium cause I had a hard time getting anything else from my pharmacy. But I started it this morning and I've been having cramps all day. I'm not sure why?

Right?!? I'm starting clomid and a trigger next cycle whenever AF decides to arrive. I'm currently on CD 31 and my cycles have been around 27-30 days since my ectopic.

I am so frustrated with this opk kit!!! I got the first response 7 day one (with the lines). Started on cd 12 which was positive. Just to be sure, I took another the next day, still positive. And be I'm crazy & thought I was doing it wrong, took another the next day, negative. Seems totally normal, right? Well then i found out I started testing too early & the clomid can cause a positive opk if taken too soon. So I tried again. Cd 15, positive. Cd 16, positive, cd 17, positive. Getting frustrated at this point because I felt like the test was faulty or I was doing it wrong, I bought digital ones today (first response). Cd 17- today, this morning positive with the regular ones, tonight with the digital, negative.

I'm so confused. I've never used opks before, so somebody please tell me what's going on!!

I know i sound like a complete idiot.

I'm a noob to clomid but I understand it can make you O later in your cycle. It could have been that the first tests you took were true positives but it sounds like with the clomid you could still be waiting to O? I'm sorry I don't really have a real answer.

I have no idea. I don't think I'll use opks again because it makes me too stressed. I go Monday to get blood drawn to see if I've ovulated anyway.

So my appointment with the NP RE went amazingly. I love her (different provider). I started provera yesterday. Their guidelines for starting it is CD 32+ with a neg preg test. I start clomid 50mg on CD 3-7. Follical scan on CD 10. They determine the date of IUI based on the follical sizes on that date (they have this formula to figure out the timing). And I'll get a dose of ovradil (sp) 36 hours before IUI.
So now to wait for AF...

Thanks ladies! I'm glad about the monitoring, too... I just really need AF to start... like now!
Can you start your period while taking provera? Or does it always come after?

Takes me anywhere from 2 days to almost 16 days. It depends on your hormones. I can't take it for 10 days but if I do it for 5 with a double dose it is within 2-5 days.

Keep in mind I have PCOS.

Pretty sure tomorrow will be CD1. I started spotting this evening. So glad I don't have to continue taking the provera. It was giving me the worst hot flashes. So if she does arrive in full force tomorrow, I start clomid on Tuesday. My follical scan will be on 7/9 and I'll find out that day when IUI will be :)
Also we bought a brand new Honda Odyssey tonight! I'm so thrilled. I hope we're not jinxing ourselves with forever infertility with this purchase.
