I loved the damn things when I was little. I had a huge collection and a special BIG one. But they were all stolen when I was a little older. :( A friend got me one when I was in high school and she's be treasured since. I washed her this week and Avagail saw her while she was sittnig on the dryer drying. She's been attached to it since. She brought it to our WIC appointment yesterday and to eat with MIL and made sure everyone saw it. :) This is the one she has. Still in GREAT shape too. She looks brand new.

They are from a newer line though. 2001ish. I want to find her some of the old ones from the 80s. :)

Lol! I have a basketball popple I call POBO. He's been with me since I was born. I LOVE him! He's so worn out that his eyes are white he's faded to pastel colors and I lost his tail when I was around 6. One year for Xmas my SO found an exact duplicate brand new on eBay. He bought it for me and when I saw it I about bawled my eyes out cause it was like seeing my old friend again in his glory days. Hahaha as you may have already noticed I have an unusual attachment to that damn toy.

Lol I was born in the late 80's but my sister was born in the late 70's so I was a decade behind everyone else because my sister exposed me to a bunch of her childhood toys hahahaha pre recorded cartoons :)! It was awesome!!

haha, i was a year to late for the 80's.

My SO was born in 83'. Says he does not remember ever hearing about a popple. ha. I'm sure my youngest aunt has though, she was also a mid seventies baby. I'm a 90's kid through and through, so much so i still hoard the nineties in my house, and the music on my computer  I had those bears that you drew on. Those were the 'cool' thing in the early 90's. Popples are cute though. Do they still make them?

No, I grew up in the 90's basically lol. I had the original doodle bears and I also had those polar bears that changed color with temperature. I use to stick mine in the freezer to watch it turn blue hahaha. I was completly engulfed into nick cartoons and game shows :). Double dare, physical challenge!!! Lol.

I'm honestly not sure if they do. I know they were 10 years ago. But that's all I know. They roll up into balls too.
