Sounds like everything is moving and expanding down there. I have pelvic girdle pain and what you described sounds similar.

When I was pregnant with my last I had that. And if I was laying down and tried to get up my pubic bone would pop really loud and it was the worst pain ever. I had Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction aka SPD.

I have that same problem! It hurts so bad. Sex has been out of the question for a while. The Ob told me it was nerve pain.

Yep, PGP is a form of that. Extremely painful. I have trouble walking to the bathroom in the morning after sleeping. I've tried putting a pillow between my legs while I sleep and it doesnt work. The only comfortable positions are on my sides and stomach. But I do have to switch positions a lot in the night because of the pain. Driving aggravates it the worst.

That sounds like me! When I am driving I am so uncomfortable. I try moving my position around a lil and it still hurts. At night I can't sleep at all unless I get so exhausted that I zonk out. Was your hips real sore?

Ok. I was just wondering if i should be worried or anything. It hurts so bad. I thought the bed rest might have something to do with it cause im on strict complete bed rest. Thought maybe all the laying there doing nothing was making me sore or something.
I woke up this morning and i think it was the sorest its ever been. i was like wtf?! ugh

had that issue since about 16weeks and it only got worse. I am now 39weeks and theres some day where i cant even get out of bed cuz it hurts so bad. when i first started happening i talked to the dr about it and they said it was normal and to expect it to get worse. only thing u can do it take tylenol for it and msuter through. You can try getting a support belt as well! ive got one and it does some good when i know i have to walk around for long periods of time but after awhile even that doesnt help.

My OB said it really wasnt anything to worry about and I could get a pregnancy support belt to put pressure on everything, the pressure could help
