Well as wrong as that is you put him in that position by hitting him and blocking his way out...maybe you shouldn't have been hitting him with your child in your arms? Or fighting like tht in the presence of your child.

Wow...not only do you escalate a bad situation...but you put your daughter in the middle of it.

You probably shouldn't have put your hands on him or blocked him from leaving. If he wanted to leave, let him.

Quoting ♥~Xan~♥:" So...you want us to tell you that youre abusive?"

:!::?:

I would have pushed you out of my way too.. everyone has a breaking point and he may have been close to his. You should never force someone to stay in a situation they don't want to be in.

Why in the hell are you abusing him in front of your daughter? She does NOT need to see that. :?

It doesn't matter what kind of "hitting" you shouldn't have done it period.

Such a good influence for your daughter.

Why turn his face? You realize he doesn't have to LOOK at you to hear you, right?

You were in the wrong. I would have pushed you too. He was leaving (probably so he wouldn't explode on you) and you were dumb enough to try to force him to stay in the room.

You're a dumb bitch. I thought your other thread was ignorant but now you're just fucking ridiculous.

Your best option was just to let him leave. In the heat of an arguement when feelings and emotions are the highest, ones behavior can be irrational. The way I see it you put yourself and your daughter in a very dangerous situation. Thank god nothing happened to her...I hope you learn from this situation and make better decisions in the future.
