i never had a abortion but I can see why your sad. how long have you been going to counseling because maybe you might just need to give it more time to cope with the abortion. i understand why you feel the guilt tho

Guilt is a completely normal feeling after having an abortion but it is a useless emotion in this situation because there is nothing you can do to change it. No matter how badly you may regret it or wish you could. So forgive yourself. :)
Keep with the counceling. It may take a while, but you will feel better. It's important to let those emotions out. If you need to cry, cry. After mine I spent a long time in a really dark place and it was horrible, but once I started talking about it, I started to feel better.

im sorry you had to go through that. I've personally never been in your situation or had an abortion, but i do go to counceling and i do agree that it doesnt seem to get anywhere the first couple weeks, but... it does get better. With my counceling, it got worse before it got better. So my advice to you is to stick with counceling. Give it a few months, if you dont feel it going anywhere then i'd switch. But if you switch, it may feel the same as this one. It just really depends on the councelor in my oppionion. I had one councelor that i loved and it got better really fast and i had one that i hated and i went to him for a couple months and it got me no where.

yes, stick w/the counseling.....not only do u have to find away to deal w/the grief of the termination but also the betrayal of the people that shouldve supported you in a tough situation. U gotta lot on your plate.....it all didnt happen overnight so it will take some time to figure out the proper cpoing mechanisms that will be helpful for u.
