Maybe I need to go to meetings as my motivation has be horrible this week! I'm just really shy about being around people and I feel awkward :( I did go to the gym twice this week and did the elliptical once. How do you stay so motivated?

I really like the meetings for that reason. They make me feel motivated! I've been working out everyday and I feel really good! I've realized that I always regret not working out but I never regret working out.
I can't wait until Monday when I can do an official weigh in! I did an "unofficial" one today and I'm pretty sure I've lost a few lbs =D
I've been working out a LOT and watching my points very carefully. I even did a walk/job Thursday and again today. I would have Friday but husband didn't get home until it was too late.
I'm also excited about my weigh in on Tuesday at the meeting. I don't like using those as my "official" ones since I'm weight clothes and that changes it, and it's at the end of the day. Instead I weigh myself Monday (when my points reset) in the morning so it's as accurate as possible.
Yeah I love weighing in in the morning cause I weigh less haha.rough week for me with sick kiddo did t have any more time to workout. Going shopping today for some healthy foods. :) do you have any favorite recipes or snacks? I enjoy snacking on string cheese (only 2 points) cause I feel satisfied. Also I have been bringing yoplait Smoothies to work in the morning which really helps curb my hunger and is only 2pts as well. My biggest problem was on days that I work I can't eat at my desk and I choose to not have a lunch. I would sneak snacks but I was not eating enough. When I would get home I would over indulge because I was starving. The Smoothies have really helped with that.

I love mornings not only because I weigh less, but because it seemed to have fewer fluctuations. Like, it seemed as even as could be there. And my meetings are at night, lol
It's sort of high point but I LOVE apples and peanut butter. It's 5points for 2tablespoons of peanut butter. I heat the PB up in the microwave first because when it's warm it's a bit thinner and goes MUCH further .I really like that! Same with celery.
You could also cut up some fruit and take it with you to work. Can you pack a lunch? Why do you choose not to eat lunch? I'd be worried that would do exactly what it is for you, making you VERY hungry later. I think maybe a nice fruit salad would work pretty well. They DO have different meal replacement bars also which could help.
I don't know a lot about those. I actually can't eat gluten, so you'll notice with the stuff I eat it's gluten free.
My husband and I work opposite shifts. Pretty much when I get off of work he goes in. Works out good so we don't have to pay for child care lol. That's why I don't have a lunch. It would be okay of I could eat at my desk haha so I'm finding things I can drink and on my breaks I will eat an apple or like a fiber bar. It really is my downfall though, its been the biggest struggle. Trying to find more nutritional things to drink lol that of course will keep me full.

hmmm. Yeah, smoothies would probably be your best bet. Maybe take some fruit or something for your breaks?
Weigh in today at 177.5! That is 2.5lbs down this last week. I'm SUPER happy with that =D Tomorrow I have my next meeting and I can't wait. I love the motivation from meetings!
So that's almost 3lbs since last week =D
Almost 6 total! Tomorrow is my next meeting and I can't wait to go. I got lazy with my work outs the last few days, we were busy and I didn't get to job. However, we adopted a dog and he's going to be my jogging companion now! Super excited.
I did not do great this week, haha. I think I'll have lost still, but it will be less. That is to be expected though.
Tomorrow my sister is making me GF cupcakes. I HAVE to eat them, haha. mmmmmm
I still really love WW though!! And even if I only lose a little I will be happy. I think I'll lose 1-2 lbs which is right on track!
Wow! I'm not doing weight watchers anymore (though I still use a lot of what I learned, and am not more counting calories), I decided to update this again.
I was 174.6 the last time I updated this. I'm 154.4 now! that's 20.2lbs down! Sure, it's been like 7 months, but oh well. I'm still proud!!
