You can eat whatever just as long as you don't drink or eat anything at all after the time given. I ate Olive Garden the night before my section.

What time is your C-Section?

I was just told to not eat after midnight. I can't remember what I ate before my c/s with my daughter, but with my son I ate at Red Lobster. :)

Should be fine. I had fast food the night before my c-section and I was fine, haha.

Spaghetti is full of carbs. Def not a "light" dinner. unless you only eat like 3 bites, and skip the garlic bread.

Thats pretty heavy. I wouldnt want to throw that up. I say that because I was so very nauseous during surgery..

It's fine. I highly doubt she'll be throwing that up if she even throws up at all.

As long as you eat a bit early and do not eat or drink after midnight, you should be fine. That's around the time both my C-Sections were too.

It's the last meal you are going to get to eat for like 48hrs. Make him buy you something yummy.

12+ hours is enough time to digest it enough.

You're having homemade spaghetti, not crap fast food. You're going to have a difficult time pooping either way.
