I was in early labor Friday night contractions started at 6 pm. I went into L&D they said it was early labor that even though they were 2-5 minutes apart I needed to wait until my uterus did something. I was barely 1 cm. Sent me home. @ 11 am Saturday I finally fell asleep. Woke up about 12 and they were gone. Some contractions on and off, and I lost my mucus plug Sunday morning. I need to have a c-section and was hoping they would just do it with the contractions.
Well I've been very irritable, and like just blah feeling since then. I feel like its almost anxiety.
So my question is how do I get the labor to start again?
I've tried walking, spicey food, sex... none give me anything good.
Please Help I'm mentally drained!
Bouncing on an exercise ball and walking stairs might help. You could just have a stubborn bugger in there.
Aw I'm sorry i was in early labor for a week so i understand how your feeling. At the end of the week I had sex and it put me right into labor. So I guess it just happens when the time is right. I'm sorry your feeling like crap :(
i myself am in the same boat. but going on two weeks now! :( blah...
But i have heard that moving hips in a circle is supposed to help. Sit on the floor indian style and go in a complete circle.. Tried it and it did make my contractions stronger but no baby yet.
Also try "light" dancing. dont get crazy with it though ;)
