Quoting milo456:" Thank you :) Would you mind if I PT you? Also would antidepressants make my milkd dry up?"

no it won't dry up your milk there are safe ones out there you can take. My doctor told me if I feel that way this time to come to her and she will prescribe me something to take while breastfeeding.

I have been through the same thing good luck its hard the best advice I got was go sit outside and enjoy the fresh air because being indoors doesnt help!! Go for a walk or just lay down in the shade with the baby and watch the clouds that what I do... Dont be afraid to talk to your doctor that is what they are there for and will help you out they only want what is best for you
