Something to do with the process classifies it as a synthetic.
I don't remember the details anymore, it's been years since I was at that seminar, lol.
I'm a packrat so I might still have the paperwork somewhere but not sure where.

Has anyone used the Thirsties covers? Do they suck? A woman in my area is willing to sell me a few for 5$ each, is it worth it?

Quoting ~Manda Panda +3 ~:" LOVE them!!"

Awesome. I've read the reviews online and most were good, but there were enough bad ones to make me wonder.
I figured for 5$ each, they were worth a shot.

I only have experience with their duo wraps, and I like them.

ARGH!!! So fiances family (who we live with) has a habit of stuffing the washer with clothing and leaving it for hours (they don't start laundry on weekdays until after 7pm because hydro is cheaper after 7) anyway once again the washer is full of crap and I wanted to wash diapers. They are out and won't be starting the machine for who knows how long so I pulled the stuff out and started the machine on a pre rinse. Turns out who ever filled the machine put soap in it when they left it and a lot of it by the looks of things. Not sure which it was, either Tide coldwater or more likely the Ecos with fabric softener... how do I fix this? Just rinse until there are no soap bubbles anymore? Do I need to strip or anything?

<blockquote><b>Quoting Sabrina~SquishyButts:</b>" are you referring to the pocket shell as a cover? If so, make sure to use the proper term. a cover can ... No I meant diaper covers....I use diaper covers and prefolds during the day and pockets as overnight diapers. But I can only trifold the prefolds cuz his butt is too big soo I wanna switch to fitteds or something so I can still use the covers
