Quoting I'm His Amy He's My Rory:" My mom just tried to chew me out about not "taking good care" of his diapers because he pooped just after I put them in and I said I'd just wash that one with the next wash on Tuesday."

Lol my mom won't let me wash poopy diapers in her washer unless I handwash ever last spot of poop out of them. Or sneak them when she isn't looking. I'm using SO's washer now.

Oh I'm washing at home. I told her he was a jerk and pooped as soon as I put them in the wash and she lost her mind when I said it'd just go in the next load.

4-6 during the day and then a night diaper.

Whatever. Lately I've been washing like once a week and they are fine. I just do two cycles with no detergent (I only do one if they sit a couple days), then a detergent cycle, then two cycles with no detergent.

I've been doing cold full cycle, then hot with soap, then 2-3 hot rinse since mine are bamboo then dry

Ok so I always see like 100 ways to wash and prep and crap so I'm still confused. Now that I finally had detergent to prep everything... Wth do I do haha!!!

I have some grovia AIO and AI2. Some pockets with mf inserts. And some WAHM AI2s. and some converted prefolds.

What do I do haha?!?! I'm trying to get 'em all ready. I have to pack some for the hospital but idk when I'm getting my New nb dipes so I'm at least starting with these.

How many can I put in a load and how much soap do I use?

So I made my own cloth-safe rash sticks. They smell awesome. And they made my hands soft. But DD isn't in cloth right now so I've only had a chance to use them with sposies.

I posted this over in the Swap Thread, but I was wondering what you would do...

I was in the process of ordering diapers through someone on Facebook. She was supposed to check about inserts and get back to me on Friday... I messaged her yesterday wondering what was going on and to let her know I was ready to pay her whenever... no response... fine, whatever, people get busy I understand. Well, now I found a better deal on more diapers, including the prints I was going to buy off her. I'm lost now... I don't want to pay $36 for four diapers and four inserts when I can pay $40 for six diapers with 6 inserts... I just don't want to screw this girl over

How did you make them? I've only ever used chubby mamas magic butt balm with mine.

Has anyone used alva newborn diapers? I ordered three last week so I'm interested in seeing what they are like. Are they pockets or aios? I'm excited for new dipes in the mail, I'm waiting on 4 Alvas and 3 newborns, plus I ordered this viscose liners for DH. But I ordered them direct from China so it's going to be a couple more weeks! Plus I have one coming that was left out of my last order.

Would it be bad to ask here for likes on a picture for a diaper contest? I'll post a link you ladies think it's ok or if you would like to vote.
