My grandma's dogs eat EVERYTHING. Paper, plastic, diapers, breastpumps...

Eh I throw them in the dryer. Our heating element is going out so it's pretty lukewarm

I know! So far what I do works pretty well for us, she rarely has rashes and I've only felt the need to strip once since we first started about six months ago and it was for stinkies, not repelling. And I think they only smell because I strap them on my four year old instead of pullups at night now.

I do hot wash/rinse a lot though because for some reason, my washer takes forever to fill cold water. It like hardly trickles out. Our hit water heater is only at like 115 though.

I usually line dry but lately it's been raining a lot, and when it isn't raining it's like 8 at night. So, I've been drying a lot lately.

We had a dog we were trying to find a home for that I adored, I wish we could have kept him, but he did chew up a couple of disposable dipes... On my bed. And down comforter. He hated being left alone. Even if we were just outside. But my God did he love our baby. So protective of her and let her crawl all over him and poke and pull him. I loved him just for that reason alone. But he was too protective of ourfamily. He bit our neighbor on the ass when she walked in the door unannounced.

And that reminds me I need to buy new parts for my breast pump at the hospital, he chewed the yellow part where the valve attaches.

I barely own anything, and I don't even bother getting anything because these dogs eat it. They're the reason I don't own any shoes other than one pair of flip flops. Gr. I wish we could rehome them.

Just to pop into the drying convo; I've dried every one of our diapers from day one in our dryer and I've never had any issues at all.

We dont have anywhere to line dry and that's too much effort Awhen I can just throw them in the dryer right next to my washer lol.

Hey does anyone know if meconium stains? I'm not CDing in the hospital, but I am having a photographer come in to take some shots after the birth, and have a couple cloth diapers to use... Should I use a liner?

We were supposed to move there this last September but it fell through. So our plan is September again.
