My favorite absorbent material. I use a lot of minky for my outers because it's soft and fuzzy. LOL

Got home from the hospital today to find inserts in my mailbox! Okay so new to bamboo/blends. I boiled them for twenty minutes and then threw them in with the few diapers we used today to soak overnight before wash day tomorrow. Anything else I should do with them?

Seeing as we deal with a lot of butts in here lol.....

Rory had his little butthole on display today because he decided to go again after I pulled his diaper off. And inside the edge of the part that wrinkles and puckers up he had bloody spots :( Not like a hemorrhoid or anything, and his poop is pretty soft and he goes frequently, but almost like dots where the skin was gone and bleeding :( He has no rash anywhere else, his diet hasn't changed. I put coconut oil on it after his bath and he had a check up already planned for Monday. But any ideas?

If he's eating table foods it's very possible that he didn't chew something hard well enough, and it might have scratched a little in there. As long as he's not gushing or pooping blood, he's probably fine. But I, personally, would get it checked out as well.

He eats mostly soft stuff, like wheat bread, fruits, veggies, beans, rice, puffs and some generic goldfish yesterday. He DID have onions the last 2 days though, he loves them. I figure I'll bring it up on Monday.

So I'm a part of this AWESOME group on facebook where WAHM submit diapers and all sorts of baby stuff for dipping. It's kind of like a raffle, every dip (which is one dollar) is an entry to win. And then random.org picks the winner. You could win a dipe, blankie, whatever for as little as a dollar! (or more if you want more entried).

Right now a really pretty ring sling is being dipped-

OOOps, had the wrong link up!
