Hi, guys! I'm Holland. I found out I was pregnant with my first about two days ago :). I plan on cloth diapering. It's a little daunting and I'm not really sure where to start :P

Just thought I'd introduce myself!

Hi. Congrats. The best place to start is just educating yourself on the diff styles of dipes and brands :) its a lot to take in but luckily you have awhile to do the legwork :)

I feel like whining. I got a nub shot at my scan yesterday (the printout I was given was not the best view of it though) and the tech said based on everything she saw on the scan she's leaning toward girl at 70%. Almost everyone on here is saying boy nub, so now I'm all confused and stressed out about it. Damn people! LOL

I think it's a girl Too straight out, imo. Plus, you're due for a girl anyway.

The tech that did it said that along the bottom of the nub it's parallel or less except for the tip so it's more likely to be girl than boy. She also said if I was over 13 weeks and looked like that she'd say 90% girl. I'm just doubting and paranoid now and will feel crushed if it's boy #3. I'm almost tempted to take the amnio just to find out now even though my risk is less than 1:10,000 for both this time and I don't have any need for one yet. My next appointment is March 18, but they most likely won't scan me. My anatomy scan is April 12. I'm thinking hard about scheduling an elective scan before then though. I know it's early and can go either way, but I'm feeling hopeful for a girl.
