Quoting BoogaButt's Momma.:" Does anyone use cloth wipes? I LOVE disposable wipes because I use them for everything, but I'm so tired ... [snip!] ... cloth wipes and throw it in the diaper or diaper pail. So how do you do it? and do you have to rinse wipes out like diapers?"

we use liners also, so i wipe babys butt with toilet paper to get the majority of poop off, put that with the liner (in a diaper sack - will be flushing once my new liners arrive) clean up with a cloth wipe, pop it in the diaper, walk it to the pail & put it in.

I rinse if there was a little poop on it, but most times theres barely a mark.

I feel so stupid.. lol
I bought 2 motherease fitteds, was told they were os.. got them and they were HUGE with no rise settings. I thought it was just a mistake on the sellers part and didn't worry about it, so I relisted them since they wouldn't fit my kid till he was like 10. lol
Well, I just saw someones post about os motherease fitteds and was like "wth, why is everyone calling them os if that's not true".. yeah, I looked on the site and apparently you have to fold the top down? lol I thought the extra snaps on the inside were to add a snap in soaker or something.

So I'm going to take them down and keep them. lol

Quoting BoogaButt's Momma.:" So just water for wipes is fine? I have a million baby wash cloths that Jace can't possibly use for just ... [snip!] ... lol, I may give it a go. I was just always scared off by the idea of all this mixing oils and scents. Seemed too difficult. lol"

I just add 2 drops of natural baby wash to water.. thats our wipe solution :)

Its got essential oils in it already (lavender etc)

Works great for us.

Is anyone else taking advantage of the GoGreen sale? They've been selling all of their regular pocket diapers for $5.89.... I have been way too tempted. I love the way they fit DD so I wound up buying 2 on the first round and another today, despite the fact that I need um.... ZERO? :? Seriously, though, it's a good deal. If I had less self control I might've ordered a metric ton.

Same here. If she has a lot of poop two. If not much one. Or if she starts peeing while I'm changing her I need another. But my old shirt ones are small so sometimes I need two anyway of those. If I use a full size wash cloth I just need one.

I've always read its not good to use straight water. Typically you want an oil a cleanser and an antibacterial. It's not hard at all. You could even put it in a container and just shake the wash cloths in it. You can use whatever cooking oil you have around the house. Vinegar or tto for an antibacterial. And baby soap for a cleanser. You can't do it wrong. Just a little of each thing and fill with water to dilute it. Eta: you can also put it in a spray bottle and spray the cloth eachdiaper change or spray their butt.
