Had to go to 8 mile for my prefolds. lol.

But anyway, what do you guys do when you get used stuff? Is the RLR stuff really worth it? What kinds of detergents do you like best?

I'm going to a cd store this weekend and they have Rockin' Green and Allen's and they have RLR for $2... So I just thought I'd ask.

Have any of you used a washcloth as a newborn diaper? I saw a picture a few days ago of a newborn in a "washrag diaper". I tried googling it and looking on youtube and all the results I get are on how to "wash cloth diapers". :?

I'm just wondering if there is a specific size or material that would work best.

What do you do put it on like a prefold? Idk if it'd be thick enough. But I'm sure you could if you were in a crunch.

I think it's very important to be able to sustain your family on your own just in case. You can't predict what will happen in 10+ yrs. it's definitely smart to have a fall back.

Exactly! Or what if he passes away? That's something that nearly came true for me a few months ago. I need to be able to support myself and the kids at least with the bare basics on my own just in case.

I just bought 3 fitteds.....but they are the newborns. Once she's moved I am going to order at least 6 more OS fitteds. I need a blanket too. Do you use wool? Out of all the wool I have tried the Squishy wool I have are the most durable and best made, IMO anyway.

I dont know what shes like yet though :).. i just thought i'd try her out for the heck of it.

Knowing me i'd rather spend the extra on shipping so i can buy Sabrinas diapers for peace of mind haha!!

Fingers crossed they're good though
