Quoting Naturally Alternative~31w:" I'll take some tomorrow when I rinse them off and wash them. :) My craft room is really a hall looking ... [snip!] ... an office 'cause there's a built in desk in here. DD is 3.5yo so there's no where too tall for her. She's a super climber. haha"

DD is 3, but she's super short. Yay, genetics! lol

lol Nice. DD has a "drawer" for her craft stuff and a table in this room so I can work and she can "craft" with me. It's her play dough and construction paper and yarn all over. She's sleeping or I'd make her help me >_<

I gotta sew some diapers for the baby. Not much longer for us! X_X

Yay! I can't wait. It seems to be slowing down. :?

I keep buying all the fabric remnants I can get my hands on, but I haven't made any in a while. I've been meaning to ask someone, do you have to pre-wash fleece?

Opposite to me. I CAN wait and it won't slow down dammit! lol

I don't think so. Poly fleece? It doesn't shrink that I know of, which is the reason you should prewash fabrics. I'm bad though and rarely pre wash anything haha

I know someone in here said they ordered bg newb seconds. I emailed asking about it and they said they were still waiting on noodle but could give me boy, gir, or neutral colors instead. Did yours come yet?

If it's synthetic fiber, no. Anything with natural fiber content, even a tiny bit, needs to be washed and shrunk before cutting/use.

I never pre-wash, but I decided I really need to because the flannel fitteds I made for DD shrunk up a good bit after washing and now they are borderline too small. Oops.

Now she seems even shorter! lol. She is just barely over 36" at 38 months old.

Thank you! That makes sense. :) I'm pretty sure it's all synthetic.

Susan: Oh my, I've never had anything shrink that much.

DD is 3.5yo and only 38" I think. 'cause I freaked out for a moment thinking her car seat's height limit was 40" but it's only 40" RF, but 52" FF.

So excited!! I applied to Cotton babies Share the Love Program and I got approved! i go pick up the diapers on Monday, which is great since I literally have no diapers for the coming baby! Only downside is that you have to use them and take GOOD care of them because by the child's third bday they must be returned. I will have to be VERY careful with the way I wash and dry them to prevent any damage to them.
