Sorry for my blank posts the other day, my phone was not working...

Anyway I have a question about nigh time diapering.... Having tons of leaks unless I get my 6mo up and change him in the middle of the night. I have mostly liners with covers (the flip system) I use during the day and some different brand pockets we use for night. I usually stuff 2 inserts for night time, sometimes I add an extra soker but it just makes it too big and doesn't do much good anyway so I stopped. This just started happening within the last month so IDK if its because he is just wetting more or I thought maybe I needed to strip them so I did that but it didn't help much.

If you have a heavy wetter and have found something that works all night what are you using????

I have MF inserts and cotton prefolds (I don't really use the prefolds, he will cry for a diaper change each time he wets lol) Should I try bamboo/ hemp or some other insert instead???

I really NEED to find something that will work, my husband tells me to just go get some disposables for night time but I DONT WANT TO!!!

PLEASE help! Thanks

When my dd was leaking at night I switched her to flip covers with a receiving Blanket (when she was small I did it in an origami flat fol but now I just fold it up into a rectangle lol). She never leaks out of that. But pockets with even two microfiber Inserts she soaks the bed. Also I have good luck with flour sack towels.

I feel you. My baby who is also 6 months old, is a VERY heavy wetter at nighttime. She needs at least 3, if not 4, inserts stuffed into a pocket, but then it gets too bulky & ends up leaking. My absolute faaaav are hybrid fitted sleepy diapers. They are AMAZING. I have a LFP sleepy (fleece) & I don't even need a cover!! I'm still in awe about it lol, it's also bulky but it fits great. I need to buy MOAR. lol

I don't think I asked here or not, if I have just ignore this lol pregnancy brain. Has anyone tried out the new pockets from Nicki's Diapers? I have one so far and another that I ordered yesterday. I think I might order 2 more soon as well just to finish off our stash. Idk yet though…

Anyhow they're on sale for $9.95, which idk how long that will last. It seems like the Nicki's exclusives are like on a permanent sale or something. Their AIOs are like $14 I think. But yeah if you've tried them or know of anyone who has tried them what do you think of them so far? I'm having a tough time deciding to order a couple more of these or a couple more Sunbabies to finish up our stash. The Nicki's are on the larger side I will admit that but idk I kind of like the quality of them over the Sunbaby.

Here is a picture of the one I have so far if you're curious about what I'm talking about. You can find them on their site here.

Nope. I like my 3$ china pockets lol

I haven't tried them but from the pictures I don't think I would like the way the snaps are, I like them with the hip snap and these don't have them, just the 2. I have some like that and don't really like them. WAY cute print though!

I was actually messing around with the wings to see if the lack of hip snaps would be irritating or not and tbh I feel like there is more wing droop on my diapers with hip snaps than with these. Don't know though since I don't have a baby to test it on so we'll see lol.

Wow sounds awesome, I just ordered some fitted diapers, I actually got a pack of the pampers stay dry diapers (after my hubby talked me into it) and so far he has leaked out of those the last 2 nights! Don't wanna waste any more money on disposables!! So gonna try this! Thanks:)

Ya I guess that might be true lol, you just never know until you use them lol! And my fav for day time is the flip system with the stay dry inserts and I guess they only have the 2 snaps too! Idk what I was thinking, maybe nightime and all the leaking issues we have been having haha. Let us know what you think of them tho!

Will do however I'm not due until the beginning of Jan and he more than likely won't fit them for a month or so (plus we got NB diapers anyhow), so it might be a while lol. :P

I think my biggest concern with this diaper is the front opening. When snapped down there is a lot of extra fabric in the front and I'm afraid that might cause leaking. We'll see though.

I like your accent lol cute! & that looks like a pretty good diaper! I'll check them out. I know for a nighttime diaper fleece or windpro are the best options. If only my baby didn't wake up multiple times at night -__- lol
