Lack of appetite?? Sarah {Kylie's Mommy} 17 kids; Ocala, Florida 3082 posts

Ever since I've had Kylie, I've noticed that I have almost NO appetite. I can go all day without food, and not even be hungry, and when I do eat, I can only eat a little bit, and then, I just can't force myself to eat anymore. Most days, either Josh or I will remind myself that I need to eat.I was just wondering if this was normal? And if so, when does it go away?? I miss being able to sit down and eat a nice, three course meal instead of just a few bites. Well, it was a four or five course meal when I was pregnant, but...you know what I mean. LOL.

Maybe it's a PP thing because I've got it too. I wake up in the morning, super hungry. But by the time I feed Julien, change his diaper, and generally get him to stop crying, I have no appetite. I eat only because I have to in order tosurvive (and because I get dizzy after a while), but it's definitely not intentional on my part (the lack of desire for food). Weird. And yeah, it would be nice if the weight just went away considering all of this.

Ah, thanks so much everyone. Glad to see that I'm not the only one. Josh and I were getting a little worried. :D

I seem to be the complete opposite. I'm hungry ALL THE TIME. I think I'm more hungry now than when I was pregnant. It's really aggravating because all I want to do is lose weight but this hunger of mine is making it hard.

I also have no appetite and I am breast feeding so it's been hard. I can't even think about food sometimes without wanting to throw up. Any suggestions for what I can eat or what will give me the most energy during the times of nausea/no appetite?
