Do you live in a duplex-style house? where you have neighbors? If so, you can spray your apt all you want, if your neighbors don't they will just keep comming back. I had a nasty problem with fleas when I lived in NOLA. we did everything we could to our house, and sprayed the back yard. But our neighbors weren't taking care of their place so they kept hopping over the fence back to me :P

I don't know what to tell you about leaving them behind when you move....a friend of me and XH's needed a place to crash for a while. the place he moved from was INFESTED with German roaches. those little bastards hide everywhere. Needless to say, he brought a few with him. Soon as me and XH saw ONE in the bathroom we bombed that afternoon.

spray, spray, spray.
tell housing and have them bomb the house.
we had the same problem and i went to housing at least 5 times complaining about this because the roaches kept staying after they sprayed 6 times within 2 months. the spraying is a huge pain in the ass because we had to move everything away from walls and out of every cabinet. our house was a mess! and we found them inside phones, dvd players, computers etc. it was disgusting.
idk if their bombing or the fact that our stuff was shipped and in containers for over 3 months that we havent seen a single bug since we PCSed overseas.

cover all the dishes and put al food somewhere else and bug bomb. and spray the yards again. pretty much all you can do. then wash everything in the house.
I confused how the bugs lived in the freezer!
IS there any building going on around you? any open fields? We get bugs ( and mice) worse when they till the fields and during walnut picking season. Roaches in the garage! CREEPS me out.

We had roaches at our old place. It was disgusting, the whole building had them.
We moved and happened not to bring any with us.
If you leave your stuff in storage for a couple weeks, that seems to make them leave.
Helped us, anyway.

Are you in a duplex? If so I wouldn't bomb. It could go through the vents and over there. Chances are that is where your getting bugs from

if you live in a duplex they can spray your house all they want, if your neighbor isnt doing the same they will just move between those two househalfs.
talk to your neighbor and have both sides bombed and sprayed.
