i was measuring 5 weeks ahead for a few months.
Im measuring 3 weeks a head but still going by my first due date cause i know im not really that far along
Yea I was always measuring ahead. It doesn't mean jack shit.
I've been measuring 3 weeks ahead my whole pregnancy. Dr. Is giving me another ultrasound at 37weeks and will most likely induce at 39 weeks. Due to size and having shoulder dsp. With first baby.
i measured more than 2 weeks behind with my third, and he was 6 pounds 6 oz at 39 weeks. but he has a condition, and he is smaller. 14 1/2 pounds at 15 months (and diagnosed with failure to thrive). they were pretty close with guesses, but i know so many people that doctor's were way off on the weigh
my 2nd was good until about 17 wks and started measuring ahead, by 36 wks he measure almost 3 wks ahead, the did an immediate ultrasound showing at 36.5 wks he was 9lbs 2oz, they said it can be off by 1 lb up or down, the dr asked me if I was okay with an induction the next week if he didn't come due to his size and the fact I might end up with a c-section if he was too large for my body, and at that point I had been hurting so bad and couldn't breath I said thank you yes. At 37 wks he was delivered and was 8lbs 2oz and healthy as anything, thankfully he didn't get much bigger because it was rough recovery for me with a lot of stiches and bleeding.
i know scans can be off but iv been having them every 2 weeks for awhile now due to GD so id say they were close to what he would be am spose to be getting induced/c section at 38 weeks worried he'l be huge by then

My sisters.baby measured 3 weeks ahead the entire time, he was only 7.8.
So what happens when you are measuring 2 weeks further and the dr wants to go by a different due date now?
had bbaby 2 to 3 days after this he was 7lbs 1oz at 36wk
