I am currently 9 weeks & 4 days pregnant this is my first pregnancy and I find it difficult to sleep does anyone else have this problem? If anyone also knows how constipation feels is there anything to do to help get past it? My lower stomach goes from hard to soft is that a normal thing?

There are many safe stool softeners you can use. Ask your dr what they recommend. Also make sure you're getting enough fiber. Get some fiber one bars or cereal. Ear lots of veggies and fruits. And yes sleeping problems are normal.

Spooning a body pillow is good for the discomfort. I always hurt when my legs were resting on eachother so the separation between the knees was great.

I was constipated alot during my pregnancy..apples or applejuice sometimes helped. As far as sleep goes..i found it difficult to sleep until my 2nd trimester..then i slept like the dead the rest of my pregnancy.

Thank you all for the tips! When did you first get to hear a heartbeat? I had an ultrasound done at the ER on Sunday morning but they wouldn't show me any pictures so I can't wait to see my OBGYN to see my sweet baby.

Does anyone or has anyone ever gotten what seem like zits around the hairline on your head? I don't know if its the shampoo I use to wash my hair or what but I keep discovering zits and they hurt

I can't wait to hear a heartbeat I know I will cry like a baby lol! These zit things truly are a pest lol but they are all part of a beautiful blessing so they are worth it. For some reason it is only a little after 7 am and I want a nice big salad mixed with mustard

I had a little bit of trouble sleeping an getting comfortable at first, try a body pillow. An with constipation i ate cereal that was whole grain like cinnamon toast crunch an it honestly helped me use the bathroom. Goodluck! :)

Thanks for the advice! I cuddle with my body pillow at all times lol! I finally got to see my baby for the first time & it made my heart melt! I saw its little heart beating! I go on Thursday to my first OBGYN appointment which is earlier than planned but since I have now ended up in the Emergency room twice this week I feel that it is best! I hate chest pains!
