i have 6 kids baby number 7 due november i hated takin meds for heart burn but milk works for me infact dont no if its one if them things but i have a glass of milk every day now and heart burn isnt bad this time round but i usually cant sleep coze of it , ied def try milk

If you had honey to the ACV and water, it takes SO much better.

If you can stomach it a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 2 tbs water. Idk why but it was the only thing that helped me an my midwife suggested it

Mustard.
I know it sounds gross, but I had heartburn horribly through my entire 3rd trimester and that's the only thing that worked besides tums.

well the milk and yogurt are working for the moment think I am going to try to fall asleep before it kicks back in :( If not ty for all the other suggestions if things keep up I am sure I will eventually try them all lol night ladies and Thank You:!::!::!::D

water or tums worked for me..i use to get heartburn if i had milk or icecream when i was pregnant. guess i was an oddball

Crackers are good, especially soda crackers.

I drink a super cold glass of milk every night before I go to bed. It helps just long enough for me to fall asleep :)
