Water and Saltines seemed to really help me with my morning sickness as for heartburn I never found anything that worked for me.

TUMS for the heartburn. Crackers for the morning sickness. try eating several small meals instead of big meals. Try popsicles. Stay away from spicy foods or greasy foods.

Hope you feel better soon.

If your blood sugar gets low you might try and see if you can hold down those glucose tablets? Its hard enough to eat when your pregnant and gettin sick all the time, I couldn't imagine being diabetic as well! Good luck mama!! If it gets really bad, I'd call your OB and ask for suggestions. As far as the heartburn... I ate tums like crazy and even then its was only occasional relief.

The only thing that helped me was zofran its a prescription anti nausea medication perfectly safe to take, the only bad thing about it was constipation. other then that the home remedies did nothing.
