Thank you! I have gotten one edited so far. But I need to finish narrowing them down. I have them narrowed down to 121 on this SD card... >_<

How do you guys do it? I can't decide.

The lighting really was beautiful in your pictures. I also envy the sun and the lush colors you have there!

Regarding the focus issues, if there is not a focus issue in every single picture then it is probably not the camera or the lens causing it. A true focus problem in the camera or the lens will show on every single picture not only on some of them. Most focusing problems have to do with using a wide open aperture and then either the subject or your moving slightly and the focal plane changing (especially if you're close to your subject so the focal plane is super small). If you feel it is the camera try this test: http://photographylife.com/how-to-quickly-test-your-dslr-for-autofocus-issues (and make sure you use a number of lenses to also cross check if it's the camera or the lens)

Culling is one of the most time consuming parts of a photo shoot for me, especially if I've gone a bit overboard and taken way too many pictures. lol I usually go through first and without mercy delete everything that is out of focus or has other technical difficulties. Then I go through and flag all the ones I really like (I also zoom in at 100% on these ones to make absolutely sure they have the type of focus I like). Then I go through the flagged ones and unflag any that are basically the same as another picture. If I still have too many, I go through again and unflag any that are my least favorites. And I keep doing that until I have the amount I need for editing.

How many should I give her? I really went overboard. I filled my first SD card up, but it only left me have 300 photos on it, and I got 600 on my other. So far I got the 600 down to 82. I don't have my other SD care so I can't go throughthe 300.

Oh and I wanted to post this in here. This is my first picture I edited. (I am using it as my 365 day project so I had to edit one tonight). CC?

It's just a tad cool on my computer but I'm not calibrated!

It might be a bit cool, but it looks warm to me.

So what do you guys think of this edit? I don't usually like tints but I think it looks kind of cool on this photo:

Can you mask away the red tint on the bottom? That's really odd to me, but other than that, I like it :P
Beautiful light.

Pretty! I'd get rid of the red tint down there if you can. What is it even from? lol. It distracts from the pastel hazy look if that makes sense. I have an action called "banish the red" that would probably take it right out

I don't know hot to do masks. Every time I try I get confused. I really should look up a tutorial though. I did go back and re-edit. The redness is from a shirt she is laying on I think. Here is another try. I am not finished yet, I am going to try to clone the shirt out. I really do wish I didn't get the background in focus as much.:

If you can't get the red tint out, I'd honestly leave the shirt like it is. It blends in more with the colors than the bright red tint IMO.
