Quoting awesomebrandi:" I think you did a good job. Nice light in his eyes, and honestly the compositions don't really bother me - I think you showed a good variety vs 'every shot is dead center' that a lot of newbies do."

Thank you so much. :)

Quoting Jeni ♥ Teagan:" I will for sure:) Next step when this is finished is to convince my hubby to help me make a blanket stand too. I'd love to have them finished in time for my next newborn shoot next Monday!"

The beanbag was really easy to make. I made mine 40" around and 10" tall. I only bought 3 yards of it. It's hard to fill it though lol you'll def. want your husband to help. I tried to fill it myself and it was hard to do.

The background stand is super easy to make too. I made mine. It only took about 30mins to cut all the pieces and put them together.

DPS is having a special on a Portrait E-Book if anybody is interested.

You get 2 e-books for $24.95 (it's only for about 3 more hours!)

I find DPS to be very helpful. Even if you don't want the books they have A LOT of free info on their site :)

I love how he's got the stuffed animals in the background. It makes it seem really natural and "home-y" :)

Hey guys... I'm not sure how much I will be in here anymore. I might not come in as much. I have some life problems I need to deal with and I'm going through a really hard time. I might end up coming and posting more to take things off my mind, but at this point I don't know what's going to happen with my photography.

:( I'm really sorry! I don't pray or anything, but I'll keep you in my mind and I hope that you can get through whatever is going on and make it through happy and return to photography :)
((hugs))
