Same here! It's so freaking annoying and frustrating!

I am working on it now! I am not thrilled on how the hands are positioned, which is putting me off. But I think I may just keep this one!

GAH! I am pretty happy with it. I just wish I got the hands in a better position. The parents didn't really understand how I was explaining it to them. They kept wanting to hold her hands and her head. But I think I did okay for my first one. I know they will love it anyways. She was the CUTEST! I just wanted to steal her. CC welcomed. :)

I think you did great. That is not an easy pose, especially when your helpers are having issues understanding what to do. A mom wanted me to do that once and non of my helpers could do what I showed them to. They kept covering the babies face or not holding him properly. I started to worry about his safety, they were not paying attention, so I skipped it. :(

Yeah I think at the end (I tried twice) The dad understood but the mom wasn't sure still. But by then the baby was to cranky. I am just glad that I got this one! And it *technically* isn't a composite. (Baby was safe!) I just painted dads hand out of it. That would make it not a composite right?

Her skin is a little cool...it has a magenta/purplish colour cast.

My very first composite of Vincent in the "head in hands" pose turned out terrible! Lol You did a MUCH better job than I did! You should be proud!! :)

<blockquote><b>Quoting ~*Icat*~:</b>" have you ever played with the exposure compensation on your camera? I lower the exposure comp at sunset ... [snip!] ... at sunset to pick up the amazing colors. I usually have to lighten what is in my foreground, but that's easy-peasy with raw."</blockquote>

Yeah, but I'm having an issue where what I read on my meter and see on my LCD isn't the same as what uploads to my computer. It's always much more exposed for some reason.
