Does anybody have any experience with an Asperger's diagnosis coming when someone is in their 30's?

I remember hearing a story on NPR's This American Life radio show about how this woman was a nurse and began to suspect her husband had Asperger's and gave him some type of long questionnaire and he ended up being diagnosed with it. I'll see if I can find the episode.

Yes...I know of one man who was diagnosed at age 33. I also have a cousin that obviously has Aspergers but is still currently not diagnosed.
