I have hemorrhoids too. They suck. Especially when scontipated or when constipated or when the milk of magnesia causes it to burn coming out.
I was really scared of infection or that he ripped something too. For sure have L&D take a look if he's not around tomorrow and it's not getting better. Better safe than sorry, and there's no reason you should have to have any additional suffering besides that brought on by pregnancy in general.

Contractions are about ten minutes apart....not that that means anything...but wishful thinking, right? ;) I won't be getting my hopes up yet.

good luck! I have been having a painful stomachache this morning. I don't even know if its part of labor or not. but I am so uncomfortable.

Good luck. I get painful contractions here and there, but nothing even remotely resembling labor. May 7 can't come fast enough.

ended up going to the hospital, got checked, I was dilated to 3cms so they kept me for a while since I was 1cm yesterday at my OB appointment. I told her about my history of fast labors. the back labor wasn't getting better but I wasn't dilating more. So finally I got discharged and after a while of walking and drinking more water, it all stopped. I am home and I am thankful I am not in labor just yet but it could be soon! I am hoping for another 2 weeks but I guess we will see.

Holy crap 3 CM? :O
Hoping you can keep her in until at least Thursday when you are 37 weeks. Try to stay off your feet. Know that's probably hard to do with 4 other kids, but try lol.
I know you drink a lot of water so staying hydrated will be easy for you.
You had all your other children after 39 weeks right?

well the 3cms wouldn't be a big deal if I WASNT only 1 yesterday. it seemed like a big jump in less than a full day. I went from 1 to 2 to 3 to 4 to 5 almost every week from 35 weeks to 40 weeks with both of my boys (each appointment I was 1cm more dilated) and then I went over due and was a 6 the day I had my first son and 9-10 when I got the hospital with my second (he was coming out already) my girls were slightly different because I feel that their labors were induced because the hospital I went to sucked and I was uninformed. I am trying to stay hydrated and I would love for her to stay in a lot longer but I cant stay off my feet. theres nobody to help with the kids most of the time.

I'm sure you'd have no problem with her going all the way to her due date lol. I really hope that can happen for you, but I must say with a jump that big in a time period so short, I has my doubts. I guess it's true that the more kids you have, the faster and earlier your labor is sometimes.
I was kind of hoping to be at least half a CM at my last appointment, but no. I think I have a cervix that has issues dilating ever since my D&C.
Hopefully you can ask your older kids to help out a bit. The 9 year old is at least old enough to understand that mommy needs to rest I think.
Keeping you in my thoughts. Please keep me posted.

yea we will see what happens I hope she stays. I had a d&c in 2011 I didn't think about it possibly causing changes in my body that would effect pregnancy. and yes she does understand but she doesn't always really help out a lot. shes a bit of a brat when I need to rest. (she can be good one minute and then be just so emotional lol) im scared that shes already starting to go through puberty....

Oh gawd lol. My sister is 10 and starting to act like that too. Itell her she's not allowed to be a yucky teenager. :D
Yeah D&C's can cause your cervix to be weeker, especially combined with you having had 4 previous deliveries. In my case I think my cervix is too scared from having more than one D&C so that might be preventing it from dilating.
Are you having any contractions?

lol! well i have been dreading her turning 10 later this year. i was already in puberty between 7-8 and needing to wear a bra, i had my period by 10ish. i am hoping she doesn't develop as early though. (she doesn't need a bra but her aunt bought her one grrr) i am not sure if that could be it or not. I just really wanted to go longer in this pregnancy than this. i am not having this at this very moment but yesterday morning for about 2 hours and this morning and afternoon (for a total of 5 or so hours) i was having back pains that was making me feel sick and it was getting worse which is why i went in. but i never had real contractions til after 6-7 cms with my other kids.

Back spasms are super fun.

Not.

Have had serious back spasms and lower back pain since about 8 last night. Need to make me a rice heating pad and see if that helps.
