yeah, i checked to see when she did my anatomy scan last pregnancy, and it was 22 weeks. Must just be the normal time they do it at that doctor's office. We went in to contract on our house May 26, and so it took us 3 months as well lol. I didn't realize it takes so long. But congrats to you and hopefully moving will run smoothly for you.

Thanks! Yea I went over with DS had him on 11/18, with DD I went into labor on 4/5 and had her on 4/7. She's actually a due date baby :D and well have to see about this one. I'm talking to the Dr. Today to see if she will let me try a VB2C I really want to. DD was a failed VBAC attempt but I REALLY hate C-Sections and I would rather let nature take its course- i would love to know what punching a baby out feels like lol. C-Sections are so impersonal... They have told me if they allow a VB2C they will not let me go past my DD.

My second was a failed vbac also, and they don't do VB2C here so I accepted it with my third and there wasn't even a question this time.
I hope you get your successful VB2C!

Thanks! I'm moving to a new city so I chose the hospital I wanted to deliver at first (that allows VB2C) then I chose my Dr from there ;) I'm trying my best there are only a few hospitals in the area that will do VBACs and fewer VB2Cs

I'm looking forward to meeting the baby and that side of it, not so much the surgery, lol. I'm not scared or wishing for a natural birth though. This is my fourth section, I've made peace with them lol. I have very easy and quick recoveries, so that plays a part.

Sometimes I still get sad when I think of what I missed out on, like being able to hold the baby right away or having it put on my chest, but I can't change it, so it's all good.

I beg to differ. My cheap body pillow is nothing compared to my snoogle. Te snoogle goes between my legs and under my neck. It has so much support and it's versatile whereas the rectangle ones are not very positionable.

I have a friend who feels the same way. She's excited for her csection. She gets to pick the day, she gets to go a little earlier than her dd. she knows what to expect. she knows exactly how long it will take. She just has no desire to have a vaginal birth. It doesn't appeal to her at all.

Usually it's 2-3 hours.
